It just breaks your heart when your daughter looks at you with disappointment because you aren’t able to play with her because you’re too overweight. Seeing that look of sadness in my baby girl’s face just broke me down at that moment. I could never imagine this feeling. My little baby was sad and dissapointed in me, and I did this by being lazy and not taking care of myself.

I was so mad at myself and just kept thinking how I could let myself get this way. Because I used to be athletic, I never imagined being fat and overweight.
