When trying to get into better shape, finding natural ways to lower body fat is a healthier approach than shortcuts like weight loss pills.
Diets like atkins tell you to just cut out carbs, but the Atkins guy diet of a heart attack, thats not natural. A question is whether you want your body burn fat or carbs or to just focus on losing weight.
If you just focus on losing weight, carbs should be reduced as well as fatty foods. What you really want to do is lose pounds of body fat and consuming less carbs is part of that. It is easier for your body eat raw foods than processed foods which often have a lot of carbs and fat. This is a natural way to lower body fat and is not high in carbs .
Adding raw, natural fruits and vegetables into you your diet, reducing you bodys carbs intake, and drinking plenty of water is a huge step towards getting your body in better shape naturally. The key to losing body fat is to burn more calories than you consume through exercise and reducing the carbs you eat.
Exercise will make your body feel better, exercise releases endorphins in your brain which is a pain reliever, mood enhancer, and stress reliever. Natural ways to lower body fat through exercise does not have to be seven days a week. Naturally, you do need carbs in your body though and some fats.
If you just did 30 minutes of exercise three or four days a week consistently, it would have beneficial short and long term effects. Exercising doing something you enjoy will help the body burn fat or carbs and make the experience more fun and become second nature and more natural to you your daily routine and is a naural way of loweing your bodys fat.
If you enjoy taking walks, do it three or four times a week for thirty minutes and burn some carbs and fat. It can be tough to find the right combination of healthy foods to eat, but sticking to raw fruits and vegetables is key to naturally loweing body fat.
You do need some fats in your system, it would not be natural to completely cut out carbs and fat from your body.
So you cant just stop eating foods with fats and carbs in them.
