This really worked for me.

Not that I had a lot of weight to loose but by learning my body type and integrating it into my daily dining I have lost weight. I also feel better overall and my energy level is steady through out the day with no afternoon slump. I love it.
BEST Diet and NUTRITION!!!
Review Date: February 13, 2010

I used this diet when his first book came out in the 80's! I followed it to the letter, which is required for the first 2 weeks at least. I lost weight and inches exactly as it said I would. BUT, it didn't tell me I was going to feel the BEST I had ever felt and had tons more energy than I had ever had in my 40+ years on the planet! I lost what I wanted to lose and gained a huge asset in the process!
After seeing my results, I had requests to borrow the book. I loaned it to a few friends and emphasized following it exactly for at least the first 2 weeks, and ALL of them experienced the same things I did! It worked for everyone! The results were soooooooo GREAT that I STILL have that book! I got it out to loan to a new neighbor and thought I would see if it was still available. My book is about 150 pages less than this new book, so I think I'm going to get the new one!

I did not receive what I ordered. I asked for a "new" copy. What I got was very old and looked like it had been in someone's attic for years.
Excellent

Got an email maybe within a day that the book was being shipped and it came within a few days later. The book was in great condition. Great experience.
Good Theory but Actual Diet Not Appealing for Athletes

I was intrigued about the body typing process and want to learn more about it. However when looking at the actual recommended diet/foods to eat, I was a little disturbed, especially because there is too much emphasis on dairy and refined grains, does not address pH. I am an endurance athlete and I think the recipes are tailored to very sedentary people. There are many aspects of the nutrition that I don't agree with, or it seems out of date. I'd like to hear more about the trigger foods for each gland.
