one small spoon of pure vanilla extract
Mint leaves
Light whipped cream

Remove leaves from strawberries.
Wash strawberries and cut them into thin slices.
Place into bowl together with sugar substitute and pure vanilla extract.
Mix it all together.
Cover and freeze overnite.
Serve in bowls with the whipped topping and garnish with the mint leaves!
